Recommendations for cleaning:
Clean your chopping board after each use, and wash it with a normal washing up liquid (soap). When brushing, scrub the board then rinse with plenty of hot water. Wait for it to dry completely before using it again.
Recommendations for maintaining your board:
Beechwood must be fed occasionally. To do this, wipe it with a cloth soaked in a little olive or other vegetable oil. Your board will shine and look like it did on the day you bought it.
