To lubricate the indicated parts which include a metal ball, use the metal tip provided. Softly push the sphere inside to create enough space for the oil to flow. Place a few drops into the joint of the jagged handle used to quickly move the tray forward (1). Place a few drops of oil into the points (2) on the carrier guides and the upper tray.
The slicer must be lubricate 1 time a year, (2 if keep in hot atmosphere). We also recommend to lubricate it every time you will notice a hardening of the various rotations.
Only use Vaseline oil, do not use vegetable oil.
